On September 23, 2024, ENMAX held its Leadership Summit at the University of Calgary. As part of the event’s visual engagement strategy, Cosmo Photo Booths was tasked with creating both a live digital and physical mosaic for the attendees. The goal was to showcase ENMAX’s collaborative spirit and create a memorable keepsake for the company, integrating real-time guest participation in an interactive and innovative way.

Execution & Guest Experience
- Live Digital Mosaic: The digital mosaic was displayed on a 72″ TV screen, allowing guests to see how their images contributed to the overall picture in real-time. As the mosaic grew, attendees gathered around, excited to see their own images become part of the larger piece.
- Physical Mosaic Assembly: On-site, we printed high-quality stickers of the photos taken, which guests were encouraged to place on the pre-printed poster board themselves. This added a tactile, engaging experience that guests thoroughly enjoyed. Friends would bring each other over to see their squares and participate in the fun.
- Branded Photo Booth: Three Enmax logos were displayed on the physical photo booth
- Guest Interaction: Attendees loved the interactive process of both the digital and physical mosaics. They were not intimidated by the camera, and many were eager to participate, encouraging others to do so as well. The physical assembly allowed for a hands-on activity that fostered collaboration and made each guest feel included.
