For Dell Technologies’ 2025 Stampede celebration, Cosmo Photo Booths delivered a two-part photography activation that captured the fun, branding, and energy of the event.
Roaming Photography
Our roaming photographer was tasked with capturing a wide variety of moments throughout the event. This included the guest experience with activations, candid interactions, entertainment like the live band and DJ, as well as custom décor, food stations, and immersive games. We also captured multiple group shots and delivered them instantly to each guest via text or email.

Studio Photo Station
A secondary photo station was set up with professional studio lighting and instant printing. The backdrop, designed by Chair Flair, served as a branded and immersive space where guests could strike a pose with themed Western props. Branded overlays were applied to each image, designed by Amber and the team at Proof Experiences.
