Guests stepped into a custom wine label experience where their photo was transformed into a soft, painterly portrait inspired by vineyard artwork. The result felt elevated and personal, creating something guests genuinely wanted to keep.

Each label was fully personalized, with guests entering their name as part of the experience. We then paired it with a curated phrase to complete the label, such as “Brittny’s Reserve” or “Brittny Cuvée,” adding an extra layer of interaction and making each bottle feel truly one of a kind.

A total of 162 custom wine labels were created, many featuring groups. Guests especially loved this, with many creating labels alongside their parents and making multiple versions so everyone could be included.

Both the original photo and the stylized portrait were delivered instantly to guests’ phones. Watching their images appear on the sharing station sparked smiles, reactions, and conversations throughout the event.  Each label was finished with event branding, ensuring that when guests see the bottle later, it brings them back to the experience and reinforces a desire to return year after year.
