Calgary Stampede President’s Party: A Western Experience Made Personal
At the Calgary Stampede President’s Party, Cosmo Creative combined AI, live printing and locally sourced spices to create a one-of-a-kind western experience. Guests were transformed into cowboys and cowgirls, with their AI portraits printed live onto custom spice labels, while welcome and roaming photography captured the celebration throughout the evening.
The Experience
Guests stepped in for a photo solo, as a couple or with their crew, then watched as AI transformed them into custom western characters. Their artwork was printed live onto a custom label and applied to their choice of Bow River Fish Blend or Barbeque Belt Chicken & Rib Rub from The Silk Road Spice Merchant. Keeping the label design streamlined allowed the experience to move quickly while every jar remained unique through the guest’s AI portrait. Alongside the AI activation, Cosmo Creative provided professional welcome and roaming photography, creating multiple guest touchpoints and capturing the energy of the President’s Party from arrival through the evening.

By combining AI transformation, live printing and a locally sourced product, the spice activation turned a traditional event takeaway into an experience guests actively participated in. Each jar became a unique keepsake tied to both the guest and the President’s Party, while digital sharing extended the experience beyond the event itself.
Welcome and roaming photography expanded that impact throughout the evening. Our photographers captured 1,757 images of 258 guests, averaging 6.8 photos per person. Those images went on to generate 3,294 downloads, giving guests an easy way to relive and share the celebration while creating a strong library of professional event imagery.
